On March 29, 2018, the 31st / 2 chamber of the Paris Criminal court discharged a firm and its manager who were being charged with undeclared work and employment of foreign person without a work permit by avoiding the entire proceeding. The acquirer of Bordeaux Grand Cru requested the redemption by the seller of an amount of 2.2 million euros for reasons including the failure to deliver and lack of conformity. By a judgment from the Commercial Court in Bordeaux dated 9 January 2018, the respondent has been ordered to reimburse the full amount of the paid monies and to pay damages to the acquirer in the amount of 200,000 euros. A wine trader in Bordeaux requested the forced execution of several purchase contracts for a value of 11 million euros. By a judgement from the Commercial Court in Bordeaux dated 14 December 2017, Bochamp law firm obtained the resolution of these purchase contracts. By a judgment dated 20 November 2017, the director of the company Ideepole, belonging to the Bygmalion group, along with three members of the mayor’s cabinet and of his communication department, as well as the former Mayor of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés have been found guilty by the 9th chamber of the correctional Court in Créteil of embezzlement of public funds, concealment, forgery and use of forged documents, and received sentences ranging from several months of imprisonment, to fines amounting to several thousand Euros and several years of ineligibility or of prohibition from directing, managing or administering a commercial company. The Court also sentenced them to jointly and severally pay the sum of 229,830 Euros to the Municipality of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, which associated itself in the court action as a civil party, in compensation for the material damage suffered. An appeal has been lodged. The civil party was defended by Jérôme Piton and François Géry.
On October 24, 2017, the 15th chamber of the Bobigny Criminal court discharged a company and its manager who were prosecuted for the customs offense of import without declaration of prohibited goods and counterfeiting. The customs department requested the conviction of the company and its manager to a fine of 1,820,000 euros.

By judgments dated 19 July 2017 and 18 October 2017, the 16th chamber of the correctional Court in Nanterre sentenced the perpetrator of aggravated robbery, aggravated violence and sequestration to 5 years of imprisonment and found him fully liable for the harm suffered by the two victims, which associated themselves in the court action as civil parties, in the amount of 57,081 euros. The civil parties were defended by François Géry, Yasong Lin and Matthieu Figeac.
On June 26, 2017, the 29th chamber of the Paris Criminal court discharged an accused, who was being charged with degradation during a demonstration which followed the death of a Chinese citizen in Paris on March 26, 2017.
